Flying Iron Ranch Alpaca Adornments ships retail orders from our farm store in Montrose, Colorado.

Shipping methods and rates
We currently use standard shipping for online orders. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may purchase postage and carrier labels through Pirate Ship or another shipping service.

Processing times
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible during normal farm-store operations. Because many items are handmade, limited quantity, or one of a kind, processing times can vary. You will receive an order confirmation and, when available, tracking information after your order ships.

Local pickup
If local pickup is offered at checkout, pickup is at Flying Iron Ranch, 4019 County Road 1, Montrose, Colorado 81403. Current farm-store hours listed on our existing site are Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, and closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Please check your order confirmation or contact us before pickup in case seasonal hours change.

Shipping address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages
Carrier delays can happen and are outside our control once an order is in transit. If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us and we will help review the tracking information.

Gift cards
Gift cards do not require physical shipping unless specifically noted at checkout.
