Thank you for shopping with Flying Iron Ranch Alpaca Adornments. Many of our items are handmade, limited quantity, or one of a kind, so returns and exchanges are reviewed case by case.

Returns and exchanges
Please contact us with your order number, the item involved, and a brief description of the issue. If a return is approved, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

One-of-a-kind and limited inventory items
Because many products are one of a kind, an exact replacement may not be available. When an exchange is not possible, we will work with you on the best available solution.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. Photos of the packaging and item may help us resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Return shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item arrives damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or approved by Flying Iron Ranch Alpaca Adornments.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. Custom, made-to-order, final sale, used, worn, or washed items may not be eligible for return. Alpaca experiences, appointments, livestock, and breeding-related transactions may be subject to separate terms and are not covered by this retail return policy.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
